The Mobile Register is ALSO available in microfilm at Local History and Geneaology. This format is an exact photo-duplication of the newspaper. This microfilm collection is an almost complete run from 1819 to the present.

Biography Resource Center - a comprehensive database of biographical information on more than one million people from throughout history, around the world, and across all disciplines and subject areas. It combines more than 242,000 biographies from respected Gale Group. The database also includes full-text articles from nearly 250 periodicals. THE LOGIN is gulfcoast.
ReferenceUSA - A searchable database of information for over 12 million U.S. companies. Search for job and industry info, business opportunities, executive info, news articles, neighborhood profiles, etc. Includes company name, address, phone number, yellow page heading, executive names, and line of business, number of employees, SIC code etc. Residential info includes name, address and phone number.
- You will be limited to printing/downloading 25 entries at a time. You may print/download up to 50 at the library. You also have the option to purchase lists from the database provider.
